To receive this quest you must first complete The Keeper and the Flame quest and decide whether to help Hermes kill people or refuse to kill them.
When whispers of Leonidas joining the insurrection reached Persephone's listening ears, she summoned Alexios to complete a seemingly impossible task - with an ultimatum.
Objectives of A Life for a Life
1. Talk to Persephone
Persephone has a proposition for you. In exchange for Leonidas' body, she will bring one of the people back to life. You have to choose who it will be: Phoibe or Brasidas.
2. Talk to Leonidas
At the end of the conversation, you will have to choose whether to assassinate Leonidas or tell him the real reason why you met.
- I'm going to kill you.
- Persephone wants me to kill you.
3. Transport Leonidas's body to Persephone
If you decided to kill Leonidas, you need to get his body to Persephone.
4. Find and bring Kyros to Persephone dead or alive
If you've told Leonidas the truth, he'll suggest to you who's the bigger threat to Persephone.
Hints:
- He's in the southeastern part of Minos's Faith
- He's in Sarpedon's Refuge
- Kyros will need to be knocked out to be brought alive
Persephone will not be satisfied, so she will withdraw from her promise to bring your friend back to life.
5. Quest Completed
Rewards: Legendary XP, Legendary Drachmae, Hermes's Greaves (Legendary Legs, First Civilization Set)
After completing A Life for a Life you will get or will be able to get The Beacons Are Lit.
